The Space

There are two bedrooms upstairs with a shared bathroom. One upstairs bedroom has a queen bed and the second upstairs bedroom can be prepared at your request with either one king bed or two twin beds. The bedroom on the main floor has a king bed and a full ensuite. And there's a full powder room on the main floor off the living room and kitchen areas.

Interactions With Guests

The owner is available by phone or text. We can answer any questions you may have about the house and local amenities.

Guest Access

The whole house is open to guests. You can relax and enjoy the views of the Cobequid Mountains and the Northumberland Strait from sunrise to sunset.

Items of Note

The bay in front of the house is excellent for swimming and has warm water during summer. The bay is also wonderful for canoeing and kayaking. If you visit during the winter months, you're close to skiing opportunities. You can even host your wedding on our beautiful grounds and honeymoon in the house. Local companies rent the equipment you would need. Please enjoy the water, but please remember to dry off before heading back inside the main house.

The Neighborhood

The home is located near Tatamagouche, Nova Scotia, Canada. The house is located on Brule Point, just a ten-minute drive east of Tatamagouche. Brule Point Golf is a fantastic course, and the Country Bread Basket Bakery & Coffee Shop is within walking distance (less than one mile). Tatamagouche has numerous attractions including several restaurants, the Train Station Inn, and Tata Brewery.

Our location is central to most of the Maritimes, and the ferry to PEI is only 40 minutes away. Halifax is only one and a half hours away, and Cape Breton is two hours to the east. Many people use this location as a base to visit across the Maritime provinces.
